Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will be shared only with a restricted number of individuals. We will only share your data with third parties other than Southgate Mosque’s trustees and management committee with your consent.
We keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary. The length of time we keep each category of personal data will depend on the reason it was collected and our statutory and contractual requirements, for example, we are required to keep a record of donations subject to gift aid for at least seven years to comply with HMRC rules.
